I understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If your prints arrive in less-than-perfect condition, you have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return. To start a return simply contact us at support@sirkennethriley.com and we will assist you.

 

REFUNDS

If you’re dissatisfied, your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact Support@Sirkennethriley.com to get the process started.

 

TRACKING DOWN YOUR REFUND

If your refund seems to be taking its time:

  • First, double-check your bank account.
  • Next, give your credit card company a call. It sometimes takes a bit before your refund shows up officially.
  • Then, it’s worth reaching out to your bank, as they also have processing times for posted refunds.

EXCHANGES POLICY

Currently, we’re focusing on ensuring smooth returns rather than exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we invite you to return your current one and make a new purchase directly from our site.

On the off chance you received a mislabeled item, it’s crucial you let us know within a week of receipt. Email us at Support@Sirkennethriley.com with your order details and photos of the item. We’ll either send out a correct replacement or issue a refund.
