Do you ship internationally?
I do! I'm pleased to announce that we will be using USPS as our international shipping partner. Be aware, that USPS charges recipients for customs tax. Also, we've opted to exclude Germany from our list of shipping destinations due to recent updates and requirements in their shipping regulations
How long does shipping take?
On average, domestic shipments within the US take approximately 7 - 10 business days. International shipments can take from 10 - 20!
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return. To start a return simply contact us at support@sirkennethriley.com and we will assist you.
Do you do custom work?
